Reviews and Ratings
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms, although a bit noisy due to their location by the roadside, were very clean and had a nice touch with rocking chairs outside. The service was excellent, with the staff being helpful, accommodating, and friendly. The location, while a bit crowded and small, had beautiful surroundings and convenient access to local attractions. The dining experience was satisfying with a good variety of breakfast foods available. Overall, a good value for money.
The hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were fresh and cool upon entering, but some issues with drainage and readiness were inconvenient. The service was nice though with friendly and polite staff, despite a minor privacy concern. The location was convenient for exploring nearby attractions but felt cramped in some areas. The dining experience was excellent with a good variety of breakfast options. Overall, a decent stay but with some room for improvement.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms behind the block we stayed in, at right angles to the road, were very loud, which was a downside late at night. On the bright side, the rooms at the back of the motel were extremely clean and updated. Service was kind and accommodating overall, except for the unfortunate odor and filthy carpet in one area. The location was excellent for exploring the Great Smokey Mountains, with well-kept surroundings and beautiful flowers. The dining options in the area were diverse and appealing. The facilities were decent, but the noisy rooms took away from the overall experience.
